JCXPRESS operates as a third-party booking and coordination service connecting customers with independent transportation providers. We do not own, operate, or directly provide transportation vehicles or driving services.

All transportation is arranged through licensed, independent operators. JCXPRESS is not liable for any incidents, delays, accidents, or injuries that occur during transportation.

  • JCXPRESS serves as a booking coordinator only
  • Transportation is provided by independent third-party companies
  • Claims or disputes should be directed to the transportation provider
  • JCXPRESS' role does not extend to vehicle operation

Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and admin confirmation. Your booking is not finalized until you receive an SMS confirmation from our team.

Confirmation: Required before your trip is finalized
Cancellations: Contact (917) 244-5352 to cancel or modify
Refund Policy: Deposits are only refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. Cancellations after 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-Show: Failure to arrive on time may forfeit your reservation
